SULLIVAN -- Beecher City fell victim to Sullivan in junior high school girls softball play Monday evening, 17-2. Sullivan stepped out to a 10-0 opening inning lead then had a six-run second and a two-run third. Beecher City's two runs came in the top of the third.
Sullivan had 17 hits in the contest while Madison Wall pitched a one-hitter for the victory. The lone hit for Beecher City came from Isabella Doty with a double and two RBI.

At Teutopolis
Teutopolis continued its winning ways in the early season by blasting Okaw Valley 16-6 in five innings. T-town scored in all five innings behind an 11-hit attack. Emma Beckman pitched a six-hitter with four walks and two strikeouts.
Raegan Drees had a single and a solo home run while Jessica Drees had a single and a two-run homer. She finished with three RBI. Lexie Kaufman had three singles and three RBI while Lauren Lustig had a single, double and three RBI.
T-town improves to 3-0 and will be back in action today hosting Beecher City.
