U.S. Takes 1-0 Win Over Iran In World Cup

The United States is through to the round of 16 with a 1-0 win over Iran during the FIFA World Cup.

Christian Pulisic scored the only goal in the match which was all they needed to advance. The U.S. couldn’t nab an insurance goal allowing pressure from Iran late and had some close calls. Next up will be a clash with the Netherlands on Saturday, Dec. 3.
