Colombia In Command Of Group C In World Cup

Colombia is on to the knockout round after a 2-1 win over Ivory Coast at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Colombia has six points while Ivory Coast sits with three in Group C. Japan and Greece played to a 0-0 draw and have a point each in the group.

In Group D, Uruguay topped England 2-1 in Sao Paulo. Costa Rica, Italy and Uruguay all have three points while England is clinging to life with zero.

The Italians and Costa Ricans meet in the first of three matches Friday. Switzerland and France kickoff Group E play while Honduras and Ecuador close it out in the nightcap.
