Moser, Kibler Honored As Friends Of Athletics

 David Woltman nominated Scott Moser and sid Kibler for the Illinois Athletic Directors State Association as Friends of Athletics for their work as PA announcer for Hearts football (Mosher) and as spotter for football and PA announcer for Hearts boys basketball (Kibler). 
 
The awards were presented at a recent Effingham Noon Rotary Club meeting, where Moser and Kibler have been members for many years.
