Tuesday Harness Races Will Roll Over To Wednesday

Tuesday's harness races at the Effingham County Fair are postponed for today.

 

The Big 10 events will roll over to Wednesday and they will try to start at noon.

The Tuesday overnights will be canceled.

They'll try to start the Wednesday card in its entirety at 1 p.m.
