Teutopolis 2022 Athletic Physicals

Athletic physicals for Teutopolis Unit #50 students who will participate in athletic programs for the 2022-2023 school year will be on Tuesday, June 7 and Wednesday, June 8 at Runde Clinic.

The physicals will be conducted from 4:00 to 5:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Physicals will be for students entering 7th or 8th grades, sophomores, juniors and seniors.

Incoming freshman students must submit a physical examination (dated within 12 months of the first day of school) with required immunizations at the time of registration.

Sports physicals cannot be accepted as the required freshman physicals.
