Oilers Win, Head To Western Conference Finals

The Edmonton Oilers topped the Calgary Flames 5-4 in overtime Thursday night to win their second-round playoffs series 4 games to 1 and advance to the NHL’s Western Conference Finals.

Captain Connor McDavid scored the winning goal at 5:03 of overtime.

The Oilers will play the winner of the series between the Colorado Avalanche and the St. Louis Blues in  the conference finals. Colorado leads 3-2.
