Avalanche Ties For Second-Longest Win Streak In NHL

The Colorado Avalanche beat the Buffalo Sabres 4-1 Sunday night for their 10th win in a row, tied for the second-longest in franchise history. It was also their 18th straight win at home, the fifth-longest in NHL history.

The Detroit Redwings hold the record for the longest, 23 straight games, from November 2011 to February 2012.
