Ducks' Bob Murray Resigns To Enter Alcohol Abuse Program

The Anaheim Ducks said Wednesday that Bob Murray had resigned as executive VP and general manager and will enter an alcohol abuse program.

That came one day after the Ducks put him on leave after allegations of improper conduct. ESPN cited sources as saying Murray’s behavior created an “abuse culture” and that many of the initial complaints were about verbal abuse.
