Slovenia's Pogacar Wins Tour de France

Tadej Pogacar of Slovenia won the Tour de France, cycling’s premier race, on Sunday for the second straight year.

When he won last year, Pogacar became the Tour’s youngest champion in 116 years, and now the 22-year-old is the youngest double-winner of the three-week race.
