Oilers' McDavid Wins NHL Most Valuable Player Award

The Edmonton Oilers’ Connor McDavid won the National Hockey League’s MVP award, the Hart Trophy, Tuesday, just the second unanimous selection after Wayne Gretzky in 1982.

He also won the Ted Lindsay Award as most outstanding player, voted on by the NHL players. Minnesota Wild’s Kirill Kaprizov won the Calder Memorial Trophy as rookie of the year.
