Logan Mathis Wins Quiz Bowl Sectional

Logan Mathis, the one-man team quiz bowl team for Lake Land College, won the NAQT Community College Sectionals in  Shawnee, Kansas.

Mathis, from Strasburg, claimed the victory with a 7-0 record. He beat all seven teams by 200 points or more.

Out of 76 players, he was No. 1 in toss-up questions. He also entered the record book in NAQT-#11 all-time in tossup questions.

Nationals will be held February 26-27.
