HOF Hockey Players George Armstrong Dies

Hockey Hall of Famer George Armstrong, who was the captain of four Toronto Maple Leafs teams that won Stanley Cups in the 1960s, has died of heart complications, the team announced Sunday.

He was 90. Armstrong played 21 seasons for the Maple Leafs, 12 of them as team captain, and is still the franchise leader in games played.
