Auction Big Part of Koerner Sports Spectacular Fundraising

The 27th Annual Carl P. Koerner Memorial Sports Spectacular is set for Thursday at Effingham Country Club.

One of the aspects of raising funds for the St. Anthony and Effingham sports programs is an auction featuring a half-dozen choice items.

The online auction items include a Firefly Grill Tailgate; a Gateway Getaway; a Weber Pellet Grill and Smoker; a Southern Illinois Winery Package; a Sand Valley Golf Resort Package; and a Bourbon Drinker's Dream.

The golf tournament has tee times from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Contact the Country Club for tee times; due to COVID-19 considerations, the tournament is running on tee times rather than a shotgun start.
