Players from the 24 National Hockey League teams in the playoffs are now in their hub cities of Toronto and Edmonton ahead of a few exhibition games and their season restart on August 1.

The league reported that there had been no positive coronavirus tests among the more than 800 players tested last week in the final week of training camps.

Like the NBA, the NHL has set up a “bubble” for players, coaches and staff in the two Canadian cities.
