Mayweather to Cover George Floyd's Funeral Expenses

Former boxing champion Floyd Mayweather will be paying for George Floyd's funeral and memorial services after he offered to do so and the family accepted.

The funeral will be held on June 9 in Floyd's hometown of Houston.

Mayweather hasn't met Floyd's family, but Mayweather Productions CEO Leonard Ellerbe told ESPN.com that the retired boxer had been in touch with them.
