Former NASCAR champion Matt Kenseth is coming out of retirement again to replace fired driver Kyle Larton with Chip Ganassi Racing.

Larson was dropped two weeks ago after using a racial slur while completing in a virtual race. The 48-year-old Kenseth, who’s won a Cup Series championship, the rookie of the year award and the Daytona 500, retired after the 2017 season, but came back for 15 races in 2018.
