WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Rocky "Soulman" Johnson, father of actor and retired WWE wrestler Dwayne "The Rock: Johnson, has died. He was 75.

 

Johnson and Tony Atlas, team “Soul Patrol,” became the first black world tag team champions in WWE history in 1983. Johnson, who retired in the early 1990s, helped train his son, who took “The Rock” name from his father.
