EHS Wrestlers Earn Top Places at C'land Invite

Jon Perry captured first place in the 145 pound division. Perry won his opening match over Cameron Messemore of Herrin with a pin in 2:34 then downed Lilly Aljets of Mount Olive with a pin in 1:07. He claimed a 7-2 victory over Kade Warner of Cumberland and then downedL atham Chisolm of Lawrenceville with a pin in 3:23.

Wyatt Sparks finished second in the 170 pound division. Sparks won over Nolan Deaton of Harrisburg with a pin in 3:09 then downed Jarod Carl of Cumberland with a pin in 1:09. He then fell to Nate Chritchfield of Mount Carmel with a pin in :33.

Marcus Hites took fifth place at 285 pounds while teammate Colin Marschewski finished sixth at 138 pounds.
