The Chicago Blackhawks have placed defenseman Connor Murphy on long-term injured reserve. Murphy hurt his groin Tuesday night in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Vegas Golden Knights.

Wild's Dubnyk Suffers Injury

The Minnesota Wild say goalie Devan Dubnyk is day-to-day with an upper-body injury. Dubnyk suffered the injury in an on-ice collision on Tuesday night against Edmonton.

Avalanche's Rantanen Week-to-Week

The Colorado Avalanche say that forward Mikko Rantanen is week-to-week with a lower-body injury. Rantanen apparently injured his foot when his skate hit a rut in the ice during a game against the St. Louis Blues on Monday.
