NASCAR Overturns Victory

NASCAR overturned a victory for the first time since 1999 as they stripped Ross Chastain of an apparent win at the Truck Series race at Iowa Speedway Sunday. Chastain’s truck failed a post-race inspection and the victory was awarded to Brett Moffitt. However, Chastain’s team plans to appeal.

Bell Claims Xfinity Series Race

Christopher Bell won the NASCAR Xfinity series race at the Iowa Speedway Sunday. Pole-sitter Cole Custer was second, followed by Justin Allgaier and Harrison Burton.

Alonso, Buemi, Nakajim Wins Le Mans

Fernando Alonso and co-drivers Sébastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima won the 24 Hours Le Mans for Toyota. Alonso and company inherited the lead after their Toyota teammates suffered two punctured tires during the last hour.
