Maximum Security Owners Filing Lawsuit

The owners of Maximum Security have filed a lawsuit to restore their Kentucky Derby win. The suit calls the process for the disqualification ‘unconstitutional’ and it follows an unsuccessful appeal attempt with the Kentucky Horse Race Commission.
