Cherono, Degefa Boston Marathon Winners

Lawrence Cherono edged out two-time champion Lelisa Desisa in a sprint to the finish in Monday’s Boston Marathon. Desisa finished two seconds back with Kenneth Kipkemoi in third, 8 seconds behind.

 

Worknesh Degefa was the women’s winner.
