EHS Fall Sports Award Winners Announced

Awards went to athletes in the sports of boys and girls golf, girls tennis, boys and girls cross country, soccer, volleyball and girls swimming.
Effingham High School girls golf award winners are, left to right, Morgan Krouse, Abbi Burgess and Kennedy Collier.
The Player of the Year award in girls golf went to Abbi Burgess. Morgan Krouse won the Sportsmanship Award and Kennedy Collier was named Most Improved.
Letterwinners were Abbi Burgess, Keira Hirtzel, Morgan Krouse, Ava Boehm, Kennedy Collier and Anna Sigg.
Effingham High School boys golf award winners are, left to right, Ryker Schneider, Ben Donsbach, Tate Niebrugge and Aiden Beck.
Boys golf awards went to Aiden Beck and Tate Niebrugge as Co-Most Valuable Players, Ben Donsbach for Most Improved Player and Ryker Schneider for Best Underclassman.
Letters went to Aiden Beck, Tate Niebrugge, Austin Waldhoff, Ben Donsbach, Colby Heaton and Ryker Schnieder.

Girls tennis awards went to Skyler Schafer and Lauryn Douthit for Co-Most Valuable Singles Players, Chloe Funneman and Lauryn Douthit for Most Vaulabe Doubles Players, Riley Arend for Most Improved Player, Skyler Schafer for Most Supportive Team Player and Riley Seachrist was presented the Holly Nosbisch Sportsmanship Award.
Letterwinners were Chloe Funneman, Lauryn Douthit, Skyler Schafer, Riley Arend, Caroline Kull, Riley Seachrist and Lydia Kull.
Effingham High School cross country award winners are, left to right, Kiley Weaver, Daelyn Dunston, Nicole Schneiderjon, Andrew Perry, Dane Seiler, Zeel Patel, Delaney Starwalt, Jon Perry and Miranda Fox.
Cross Country awards for boys went to Zeel Patel for Most Valuable Runner, Dane Seiler for Most Improved, Andrew Perry won the Spirit award and Jon Perry the HEARTS award.
Lettermen were Zeel Patel, Clayton Cramsey, Andrew Perry, Jon Perry and Dane Seiler.
Girls cross country awards went to Kiley Weaver for Most Valuable Runner, Delaney Starwalt won the Spirit Award, Daelyn Dunston claimed The HEARTS Award, Nicole Schneiderjon was named Most Improved and Miranda Fox Most Valuable Runner.
Letterwinners were Miranda Fox, Daelyn Dunston, Hope Monnet, Madison Tilford, Kiley Weaver and Nicole Schneiderjon.

Soccer awards were presented. The Defensive Award went to Brennan Barr. Tiago Stein won the Offensive Award. Tucker Moeller claimed Most Improved while Cooper Jackson was named Most Valuable Player. Isabella Munoz won the Hearts of the Team Award. Bryan Angel was named Most Valuable Underclassman.
Lettermen were Brennan Barr, Alan Hazelton, Victor Carrillo, Bryan Angel, Tucker Moeller, Isabella Munoz, Deryl Pleasant, Cooper Jackson, Ethan Boggs, Parker Siner, Josh Bowlin, Andrew Qui, Pedro Carrillo and Tiago Stien.
The junior varsity soccer awards went to Pedro Carrillo (Defensive), Jett McMillian (Offensive) and Andrew Qui (Heart of the Team).
Effingham High School girls varsity volleyball award winners are, left to right, Miranda Fox, Kiyah Kuhlman, Natalie Carie, Carsyn Fearday and Hannah Koester.
Carsyn Fearday won three volleyball awards, claiming Most Assists, Serving and Hustle. Having Most Kills was Natalie Carie. Most Digs went to Miranda Fox and Most Blocks went to Kiyah Kuhlman. Hannah Koester won the Sportsmanship Award and Most Valuable Player went to Kiyah Kuhlman.
Letterwinners were Natalie Carie, Carsyn Fearday, Miranda Fox, Hannah Koester, Kiyah Kuhlman, Olivia Martin, Jacy Boatman and Lexi Chrappa.
Effingham High School girls freshman/sophomore, junior varsity volleyball award winners are, left to right, Brittany Walls, Hayley Diveley, Kennedy Sowell, Brueklyn Belcher, Morgan Hagler, Megan Ballman and Taylor O'Dell.
Junior varsity volleyball awards went to Taylor O'Dell for Most Aces and Most Assists, Hayley Diveley for Most Kills, Morgan Hagler for Most Digs, Kennedy Sowell for Most Blocks and Brittany Walls for Best Serving Percentage.
Freshman/sophomore awards went to Brueklyn Belcher for Most Improved and Megan Ballman for Hustle.
Swimming letters went to Ellie Waymoth and Laurel Hitzel.
