Chase Elliott won The NASCAR Monster Cup race at Kansas Speedway Sunday for his second victory in three races. It was a cutoff race in the NASCAR playoffs and it saw Alex Bowman,
Ryan Blaney, Brad Keselowski and Kyle Larson eliminated.

Raikkonen Breaks Record

Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen broke a Formula 1-record 113 race winless streak by capturing the U.S. Grand Prix in Texas after a tight battle with Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton. Hamilton failed to clinch the championship as rival Sebastian Vettel finished fourth.
