Renard, Cavett, Patton Claim Two Wins Each at Jasper Co. Fair

NEWTON -- Steven Renard and Paul Cavett were double race winners in Friday's harness racing at the Jasper County Fair while Freddie Patton Jr. picked up two wins in Saturday's races.

Renard drove a winner in the Big 10 2-Year-Old Filly Trot behind Loussolataire. The pair went the distance in 2:06 4/5.

He then drove Lous Game N Match to the win in the Topline 3-Year-Old & Up Trot, Division 1. Lous Game N Match claimed the victory with a time of 2:01 4/5.

Cavett drove Show Stopin Monkey to a win in the Topline 3-Year-Old & Up Trot, Division 2. Show Stopin Monkey won with a time of 2:05.

Cavett won the final race on the card, the Topline 3-Year-Old & Up Pace, Division 3. Cavett was in the sulky behind Lilys Real Boy and went the distance in 1:59.1.

In Saturday's action, Freddie Patton Jr. drove Freddie Da Fox to a win in the Big 10 3-year-Old Colt Trot. The duo went the distance in 2:11 3/5.

Patton then won behind Lous Raptor in the Topline 2-Year-Old Trot. Lousraptor went the distance in 2:09.
