Harvick Wins NASCAR Cup Race

Kevin Harvick won the first two stages of the NASCAR Cup race at Dover Sunday and then waited out a rain delay to beat teammate Clint Bowyer to the checkered flag. It was Harvick’s series-leading fourth win of the season.
