Stew-Stras Nabs Scholar Bowl Regional Title

The Stewardson-Strasburg Scholar Bowl team competed in the Edwards County (Albion) Regional and came away with the championship.

In the opening contest, Stew-Stras downed Lawrenceville, 490-350. Stew-Stras then claimed the championship by beating Red HIll (Bridgeport), 560-190.

The squad will play Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Robinson Sectional. Teams in the sectional along with Stew-Stras are Cumberland, Fairfield and Robinson. Stew-Stras improved to 23-0 on the season.
