The Effingham County Home and Community Education Association will hold their Quilt Show on Tuesday, April 12 from 1-7PM at The University of Illinois Extension Office, 1206 Wenthe Dr in Effingham. Local Historian, Phil Lewis will give a presentation at 4PM, "Quilts of the Underground Railroad- Facts or Fantasy." Admission to the show is $3. Those wishing to enter quilts in the show should bring their quilt to the Extension Center on Monday, April 11 from 4-7PM.
