Andes HealthMart will host a "Pumping Class" Monday, April 25 at 6pm. This free class will be instructed by Nichole Davis, IBCLC, RLC - Lactation Consultant. Topics that will be discussed include: general No No's for everyone, pumping education, maximizing your pumping session, how often to pump, when to start, how to store and more!
