THS Pomerette Fundraiser for Elizabeth Weidner. Please help us spread the word about this event that has been planned to help Elizabeth Weidner. Elizabeth is a 6th grader at Teutopolis Grade School and is the 12 year old Daughter of Matt & Jennifer Weidner. Last week she was diagnosed with cancer. Elizabeth and her entire family are active in Effingham County 4-H and she is also a member of the Jansen's Dance Center Dance Team.

As an active Dancer she has enjoyed attending the Teutopolis High School Pomerettes dance camps & dreams of being a Pomerette. Because of that the Pomerettes have planned to hold a Lil' Pomerette Camp with ALL PROFITS/PROCEEDS benefiting the Weidner Family as they begin this journey.

The THS Pomerettes will be hosting their camp for grade school students at the Teutopolis Grade School Gym on Saturday, February 13. Grades K-2 will have camp from 8:30-10:00AM,
and grades 3-6 will have camp from 10:30AM to 12:00PM. An optional performance will take place that evening, Saturday, February 13, at the Teutopolis vs. Warrensburg-Latham Boys' Basketball game at the High School. The game will start at 7:00PM. Both sessions will perform during halftime of the varsity game. A note will be sent home the day of camp explaining all the details for the performance. A video of the performance will also be sent to Elizabeth so that she can see all the support she has, as she is currently undergoing treatment in St. Louis. The cost of camp is $20 per child. Each student will receive a t-shirt. In order for each child to receive a shirt, please return the registration form by the due date, February 3, 2016.
