Effingham Bible Church would like to offer our community an alternative to Halloween and trick-or-treating. On Sunday, November 1 we will be hosting an All Saints Day Festival. The event will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the parking lot of Effingham Bible Church located at 710 W. Jefferson St. Everyone is welcome to attend. There will be a bonfire, food, snacks, face painting and games. They can provide transportation to and from the event.
