To celebrate the Bishop Creek Sesquicentennial, the melodrama play "The Treasure of Shiver River" will be presented by the St. Isidore Players in the air-conditioned St. Aloysius Parish Center at Bishop Creek from Thursday, June 25-Sunday, June 28. Doors open at 7:00, with play activities starting at 7:30. At Sunday's matinee, doors open at 1:30 with play starting at 2:00. Ticket prices are $20 for those age 21 and over, and $10 for those younger. Wine, water, soft drinks and snacks are included with the ticket price. Beer will also be available for purchase. At Sunday's matinee, all tickets will be $10 with no alcohol served, but soft drinks and snacks are included. Stop by or phone the parish office 925-5788 during business hours Mon-Fri for tickets or call Ron and Irene Donsbach at 925-5231. Proceeds will benefit retired Franciscan priests and religious who have served the Bishop Creek community. |
