Rides Mass Transit District will be providing complimentary transportation for seniors to see the Christmas lights in Effingham. Seniors can ride around and enjoy the Tour of Lights on Thursday, December 11 comfortable heated bus. The Tour of Lights begins at 5:30PM. Stops will be made to get hot chocolate and/or coffee.
