Attend "Planned Giving- A Nonprofit Development Strategy" workshop, designed for nonprofits, will provide you with information to integrate planned giving into your fundraising strategy. The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 13 1-4:30pm at the Knights of Columbus in Effingham.
Made possible by a grant from Rural Partners, this seminar is co-hosted by the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation and Donors Forum and features Mr. Vaughn Henry. Vaughn is a farm management and estate planning consultant, whose unique background in agriculture and charitable estate planning have gained him a nationally recognized reputation in farm succession planning and planned giving. Vaughn has authored and been quoted in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, Journal of Practical Estate Planning, and Worth. He earned a BS/MS in Agriculture Science/Animal Science from the University of Illinois.
