The reservation deadline for "A Night Out" is Friday, November 7. "Settings for St. Anthony's" and "A Night Out" offer some creative ways of decorating, while helping St. Anthony's provide support and compassion to area residents within the comforts of home. The Mother/Baby Program is a complimentary extension of a mother's hospital stay to help ease any concerns she may have once she has left the hospital. The program is offered free of charge to all mothers and babies who come to St. Anthony's. A registered nurse visits with the mother and her baby in their home shortly after they return home from the hospital. Besides examining both the mother and baby, the nurse also answers questions that the new mother may have about caring for the baby. Hospice at St. Anthony's is a program which reaches back to the foundation of the hospital's Mission and cares for patients where they are most comfortable - in their homes. Hospice at St. Anthony's now allows St. Anthony's to continue to care for the patient and their family members, building memories and preserving dignity in the comfort and security of their own homes as they face their most vulnerable time: the end of life. Contributions will help fund an Ever Lasting Memory program for families of Hospice patients, a new car to be used specifically for Hospice visits, and care for those patients without the ability to pay for Hospice services.
