What's more colorful than a bowl of Froot Loops? You after running the South Central Lady Cougars Softball 5K Color Run/Walk Saturday, November 1. The event, sponsored by SCHS Lady Cougars softball to help raise funds to support their team, will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Farina Park in Farina. Fun untimed run/walk for all ages. Bring a non-perishable food item on run day to donate to the local Food Pantry. To register, go to www.southcentralschools.org and click SCHS. Ages 6 and under are free, ages 18 and under are $15 and all others are $25. If pre-registered by October 20, you are guaranteed a shirt.
