Pioneer Days will be held at Cowden Friday, August 22, Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August 24.

Sunday's events include:

10:30 a.m. -- Union Church service at Free Methodist Campground by park

11 a.m.-2 p.m. -- Dinner served, fried chicken and ham with fixins'

Noon -- Gospel music, local talent

1-3 p.m. -- Bingo

3 p.m. -- Drawing for $3,000 first place prize
