EHS Cross Country Practice |

The first Effingham High School cross country practice will be held Wednesday, August 13 at Effingham High School. Meet in front of the gym and be prepared to run at 3:30 p.m. Athletes are asked to make sure they have a current physical on file in the high school office and have filled out the paperwork required to participate. The paperwork may be picked up in the high school main office. |
