Helen Matthes Library will host Tai Chi on Monday, June 23. Tai Chi will be demonstrated and then instructed how to use the short form of Tai Chi. Tai Chi emphasizes slow, deliberate circular motions and can increase mobility, balance and strength for anyone at any age. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
