IHSRA Rodeo events will take place in downtown Effingham for the first evening. Cowboy Shootout, Return of the Gunslingers will take place at 6:15pm and at 6:30pm the Rodeo parade steps off with a "Superhero" theme. To finish the evening there will be entertainment beginning at 7pm by Big Spike Hammer. |
