St. John's Lutheran Church in Effingham will host a cookout to help raise funds for their food pantry. The food pantry serves the Effingham and surrounding counties.
The cookout will take place on Sunday, May 18 from 10:30am-12:30pm. The menu will consist of pork tenderloin, bratwurst, hamburger, hot dog, baked beans, potato salad, applesauce, dessert, and a drink. St. John's LYF will host a bake sale after the services this weekend to benefit their servant event in Topsail Beach, North Carolina in July.
