The next program of the Aging Well series-Preventing Alzheimer's: Brain Health and Nutrition will be on Monday, May 5 beginning at 6 PM at Helen Matthes Library. Join Mary Liz Wright from the U of I Extension and Dr. Paul Rhodes from Rhodes to Health for a presentation on risk factors associated with Alzheimer's and how a heart healthy diet and lifestyle is important. Although there is no 'definitive' Alzheimer's prevention diet, studies have shown that a healthy heart can decrease risk.
