There will be a Birthday Open House for Ruby Hester's 100th birthday on Sunday, March 9 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. at Brookstone Estates in Effingham. Ruby, and her husband Gene, owned and operated the Ruge' Fashion Shoppe in Newton and Greenup for 24 years. No gifts please, but cards would be appreciated. |
