The City of Effingham Tourism Department is pleased to announce a solicitation for works to be exhibited in the 16th Annual Sculpture on the Avenues outdoor exhibition. Each accepted piece is awarded $500 and considered for the Leonardo Nierman Award of an additional $1,000. The public selects the Nierman Award recipient through a voting process. THe current exhibition features over 25 sculptures that are displayed in downtown Effingham. Each submission requires minimum of two photographs, an interpretation statement and a short biography of the artist.
