Strong For Life

Strong For Life is a strengthening excercise program specifically designed for older persons who have limitations in their daily activities or who want to stay active. Strong For Life is a 35 minute workout program, designed by physical therapists, that targets specific muscles that are important in everday movements such as getting out of a chair and walking. Strong For Life classes will be held on Mondays, beginning in February, at the Hendelymeyer Park Recreation Building at 1pm. For more information or to enroll, contact Carol at 217-347-2851.
