On Monday, January 13 St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital is offering a Labor & Delivery Class II. This class begins at 6:30pm in the Auditorium. Pre-registration is required. This is a second of two Labor/ Delivery Classes. This class provides information on the pain control choices for labor and delivery, information on the extended postpartum period, the support person's role during labor and delivery and a discussion of breathing and relaxation techniques that may be useful during labor.
