Local Sports Calendar

Did you know that the Monarch Butterfly is the only Butterfly that migrates in the winter?  Hear more interesting facts about Monarch Butterflies from Cheri Burcham, U of I Extension Educator, and HCE/Extension Liaison.  Cheri has been raising Butterflies for over 10 years and will be sharing her knowledge, experiences, and stories at a program on Thursday, September 5, at 10:00 am, at the U of I Extension Center, 1209 Wenthe Drive, Effingham.

This program is being sponsored by the Effingham County Home And Community Education Association.

It is open to the public with no admission fee.
