'Ticks' Presentation at U of I Extension Center |

The Effingham County Home and Community Education Association (HCE) will be hosting a lesson on "Ticks" on Thursday, June 13 at 1:00p.m. at the U of I Extension Center, 1209 Wenthe Drive, Effingham. The guest speaker will be Teresa Stecker, U of I Extension Specialist in Commercial Agriculture. She will be speaking on ticks found in Illinois; known diseases caused by ticks; how to protect oneself from ticks; as well as other tick-related topics.
