Local Sports Calendar

11 year-old Jonah Jansen is working on his 4th consecutive year of his Christmas fundraiser, Fostering Christmas One Toy at a Time, which benefits local foster children. 

He scheduled an event to take place this Saturday, December 16th, from 2pm-5pm at St Paul Lutheran Church in Altamont.

His goal is to obtain funds through small donations at this event to purchase the remaining needed gifts for local foster children.  He has been gathering $25 Amazon gift cards all holiday season to give to the kids via a wishlist linked to his Facebook page, but has not yet reached his goal. 

Jonah will be running his hot chocolate bar with various toppings, while Everything Photography takes professional pictures of children/families with Santa.

He is asking for a donation of $10 per family for this event.
